What type of wax do you use, and is it safe/clean?
We use high-quality Gel wax and Paraflex wax blends. There is a common misconception that these aren't "clean" waxes, but when properly formulated, they are entirely safe, non-toxic, and deliver a beautiful, soot-free burn.
Paraflex Wax: This is a highly refined, food-grade wax. It is completely non-toxic and holds a massive amount of fragrance, giving you that powerful "scent throw" that fills a room beautifully.
Gel Wax: This clear wax is made from a blend of mineral oil and polymer resin. It is completely safe, burns up to twice as long as traditional waxes, and allows us to create unique, translucent, and highly creative designs.
Every candle we make is carefully tested and hand-poured in small batches to ensure a clean, safe, and premium experience in your home.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
The first burn is the most important! When you light your candle for the first time, allow it to burn until the melted wax pool reaches all the way to the edges of the jar (usually 2–4 hours). This sets the "wax memory" and ensures an even burn for the life of the candle.
Why should I trim the wick, and how short should it be?
Trimming your wick to 1/4 inch before every light keeps the flame controlled, prevents soot and black smoke, and makes your candle last much longer.
Are your seasonal fragrances available year-round?
While our core collection is always available, our special seasonal aromas are released in limited quantities throughout the year. If you see a seasonal scent you love, we recommend grabbing it before it sells out!
Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering for events?

Can I reuse the candle jar once the wax is gone?
Absolutely! Once there is about 1/2 inch of wax left, discontinue burning. You can clean the jar out with warm, soapy water and repurpose it as a planter, a makeup brush holder, or storage for small items.
