Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

Here at Unique Candles by Nicki, our goal is to insure that our customers are completely satisfied with their merchandise purchase. We look at returns on a case by case basis. If your order is received damaged or unusable, please contact customer service at [email protected]. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase. in order to receive a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging and accessories.

 

Refunds:

Unique Candles by Nicki will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you if your refund request was approved or denied. If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

 

Missing or Late Refunds:

Please contact your bank and or credit card company first as it may take sometime before your refund is officially posted. If your bank and or credit card company is unable to assist you, please contact us at [email protected]

 

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are nonrefundable.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be made only for damaged or defective items upon inspection.
