Shipping & Handling Policy
Here at Unique Candles by Nicki, we are dedicated to making sure your orders reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.
Shipping and Processing Time
Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Schedule: To ensure your candles don't sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend, orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Packages are securely shipped out on Monday of each week.
High Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 2–4 business days. We appreciate your patience!
Holiday Shipping
Due to a high volume of orders during peak holiday seasons, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing. We highly recommend placing holiday orders early!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping, which typically arrives within 1–3 business days once shipped.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume, which are out of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or text message once your order has officially shipped. This message will contain your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
☀️ Warm Weather Warning
Because our candles are handcrafted with high-quality wax, they can be sensitive to extreme heat. Please monitor your tracking number and retrieve your package from your porch or mailbox as soon as it arrives so it does not sit in the direct sun.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Unique Candles by Nicki is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label to reship the item.
